We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rig. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Please note that items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached in order to be eligible for return or exchange.


Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee for exchange or return

Worldwide orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days

Return & Exchange Policy

At Rig Bahrain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note that the following conditions apply:


The item(s) must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.


The item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.


The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.


Please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchases that have been worn or used etc.


If you would like to exchange your item(s), please let us know which item(s) you would like to exchange them for. We will hold the new item(s) for you until we receive your return.


Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure that they meet our return policy requirements. If the item(s) meets our requirements, we will issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.


Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return/exchange shipping.
